Isabelle de Royan-Duchâtel was born on December 24, 1992 in Geneva (Switzerland). She is the daughter of Prince Jérôme (1972-2021) and Madam Anne-Lise Duchâtel (1972). Isabelle was born out of wedlock but was legitimized by her father in 1998.

On July 9, 2016, she married Sir Marceau Filiparo, the couple had a daughter Giulia, born in 2021.
